What Is an Automatic Motorized Flood Gate?
The Eudore automatic flood protection gate is a permanently installed, motorized roll-up barrier. Manual barriers depend on someone being available to put them in place. Water detection triggers this gate’s closing sequence, helping your site respond when staff are away or the entrance is unattended.
The gate is electrically operated: water detection provides the trigger, and the motor drives the movement. Opening dimensions, protection height, supporting structure and operating requirements are reviewed before configuration. How is this different from a passive flood barrier?
This gate uses water detection to trigger an electrically driven closing sequence. It is not described here as a barrier raised by floodwater itself. Confirm power, sensing and operating requirements for the supplied system.
What maintenance and operating checks should I plan?
