Your U.S. Privacy Choices

If you are a resident of California or another U.S. state with applicable privacy laws such as Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon and others, you have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information. This page explains that right and gives you simple ways to exercise it. You do not need to create an account to opt out.

Do We “Sell” or “Share” Your Personal Information?

We do not sell your personal information for money. However, under the CCPA/CPRA, “sale” and “sharing” are defined broadly and can include the use of cookies and advertising technologies for cross-context behavioral advertising, for example, Google Analytics and Google Ads, that transfer online-activity data to third parties for valuable consideration.

To the extent such activity is considered a “sale” or “sharing” under applicable law, you can opt out using any of the methods below.

How to Opt Out

You can opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information in any of these ways:

  • Opt-out form: complete the request form below.
  • Email: send a request to [email protected] with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share.”
  • Cookie settings: decline non-essential analytics or advertising cookies via our cookie-consent banner at any time.
  • Global Privacy Control (GPC): enable GPC in your browser or extension. We treat a valid GPC signal as an opt-out request.

We will honor a verified opt-out request and will not sell or share your personal information going forward, subject to legal exceptions. We respect your choice for at least 12 months before asking you to reconsider.

Global Privacy Control (GPC)

We recognize the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser or a browser extension sends a valid GPC signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for that browser or device. You can learn more and enable GPC at globalprivacycontrol.org .

Authorized Agents

You may use an authorized agent to submit an opt-out request on your behalf. We may require the agent to provide proof that you gave them signed permission to act for you, and we may ask you to verify your own identity directly with us.

No Discrimination

You have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your privacy rights. We will not deny you products or services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of quality because you exercised your right to opt out.
