Our cancellation, return, exchange, resend and refund terms. By placing an order you accept this policy.

Agreement

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted the following policy.

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped out. We also offer an order adjustment service if your order has not yet shipped.

If you want to make any changes to your order, you are welcome to email us at [email protected] — as long as it has not been shipped.

Return or Resend — 50-Day Guarantee

We offer a 50-day guarantee on returns, which means you can request a return within 50 days from the delivery date.

  • Floodbarrierstore is responsible for all postage costs for a “quality problem” or “wrong item shipped.”
  • The customer is responsible for all postage, including the shipping to you and your own return freight, plus warehousing charges for “wrong purchase” or “no longer needed.”
  • Over 50 days, Floodbarrierstore reserves the right to refuse the return request and only accept an exchange request; the customer shall bear all costs of the exchange.

Please contact us for a return within 50 days. Goods must be in new condition — goods will not be accepted for return if they have been installed or are not in new condition.

Return / Exchange Steps

  1. We have warehouses in China — please contact us first for a return or exchange.
  2. We will send you the return address after confirmation; then please arrange the return.
  3. After we receive the return and check that the package has no problem, we will resend the order or issue a refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our support team via [email protected] for more information.

If you request a return, we will charge a return fee according to certain standards: if it is due to a product quality problem or the wrong goods being sent, we bear all return postage; if it is because the customer purchased the product incorrectly or no longer needs it, the customer must bear the return postage. All return postage charges are based on the actual costs paid.

If the tracking of the product shows it never arrived, according to the courier’s official website, we will take full responsibility and offer you a full refund. If the product arrived damaged, please send us clear photos including the packaging and shipping label, and we will offer you a full refund.

If you request a return, please contact us online or leave us a message with your order number, and we will reply within 24 hours to meet your request.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we accept returns within 50 days of placing your order. Our return service does not apply after 50 days of placing the order.

Resend

  • If the item is faulty due to an error on our end, such as the wrong item, we are willing to resend the correct product for you.
  • If the item is defective due to transportation issues, such as damaged items, we can reissue a new product for you on the premise that you bear part of the shipping cost.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt, and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Please remember it can also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
