The 15-Year Quality Guarantee

At Eudore / FloodBarrierStore, we stand behind the strength, durability and flood-protection performance of our aluminum flood barriers. All eligible aluminum flood barrier products are covered by a 15-year quality guarantee from the date the goods are delivered.

During the guarantee period, our flood barriers are guaranteed to effectively help stop floodwater when properly installed and used according to our installation instructions.

What Is Covered

Our 15-year quality guarantee covers product issues that affect the flood barrier’s ability to stop floodwater, including:

• Structural damage to the aluminum barrier caused by product quality issues.
• Failure of the aluminum barrier system under normal flood-protection use.
• Aging or deterioration of the sealing strip that affects waterproof performance.

Aluminum Barrier Replacement

If the aluminum barrier is damaged due to a covered product quality issue within the 15-year guarantee period, we will provide a new replacement aluminum barrier free of charge. For approved claims:

• The replacement product is free.
• The customer does not pay shipping costs.
• Eudore covers the shipping cost for the replacement item.

Sealing Strip Replacement

The sealing strip is also covered under the quality guarantee. If the sealing strip ages, deteriorates or affects waterproof performance during the 15-year period, we will provide a free replacement sealing strip.

• Within the first 3 years: replacement sealing strip and shipping are free.
• After 3 years: the replacement sealing strip is free, but the customer is responsible for shipping.

In most cases you do not need to return the old sealing strip — we send the replacement directly after your claim is approved.

What Is Not Covered

This guarantee does not cover damage caused by:

• Incorrect installation or use not following our installation instructions.
• Modification, cutting or alteration of the product without approval.
• Accidental damage, misuse, impact or improper storage.
• Installation on unsuitable surfaces or structures.
• Natural wear that does not affect waterproof performance.
• Extreme conditions beyond the product’s intended flood-protection capacity.

Warranty Claim Procedure

2. Provide your order number, delivery date, photos or videos of the issue, and a short description.
3. Our team reviews your claim and may request additional information.
4. If approved, we arrange the appropriate replacement or repair solution.
5. For an aluminum barrier replacement, we ship the new product at no cost to you.
6. For a sealing strip replacement, shipping follows the 3-year policy above.

Note: this quality guarantee is separate from our 50-day return & refund policy — returns cover change-of-mind and delivery issues, while this guarantee covers long-term product quality.

Processing Time

After we receive all required information, we review your claim as quickly as possible. Approved replacement or repair solutions are usually processed within 5 working days.
