This warranty is issued by Shenzhen Aodeke Optoelectronics Co., Ltd., the owner and operator of FloodBarrierStore and the supplier of eligible Eudore flood-barrier products.

The 15-Year Quality Guarantee

Eligible Eudore aluminum flood-barrier products purchased from FloodBarrierStore are covered by a 15-year limited quality warranty beginning on the documented delivery date.

This warranty covers qualifying defects in materials or manufacture that materially affect the structural or sealing performance of the supplied product when it has been correctly measured, configured, installed, deployed, maintained and used within its approved conditions.

Eligibility and Warranty Period

• The product must be identified on an order confirmation, invoice or other proof of purchase issued by FloodBarrierStore.
• The warranty period begins on the documented delivery date.
• The ordered configuration must have been based on accurate dimensions and site information supplied before manufacture.
• The product must be installed, used, maintained and stored in accordance with the applicable instructions.
• The claimant must provide reasonable evidence needed to verify the product, purchase, installation and reported issue.

What Is Covered

The 15-year limited quality warranty covers confirmed product-quality issues, including:

• A manufacturing defect in an aluminum barrier component that materially affects structural performance.
• A manufacturing defect in the supplied compression, connection or sealing system that materially affects normal operation.
• Premature deterioration of a supplied sealing strip that materially affects sealing performance, subject to the shipping terms shown above.
• Failure of an eligible component during normal flood-protection use within the approved product configuration and operating limits.

Aluminum Barrier Replacement

If an aluminum barrier component has a confirmed covered defect during the 15-year warranty period, Shenzhen Aodeke Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. will, at its reasonable option, repair the affected component, provide a replacement component, or provide another appropriate remedy required by applicable law.

For an approved replacement:

• The covered replacement component is supplied without a product charge.
• Standard replacement shipping is covered unless the accepted claim resolution states otherwise.
• Expedited delivery, local labour, removal, reinstallation, equipment hire, permits, duties and taxes are not included unless confirmed in writing or required by applicable law.
• A replacement may be the current equivalent component if the original version is no longer available.

Sealing Strip Replacement

If a supplied sealing strip has a confirmed covered defect or premature deterioration that materially affects sealing performance during the 15-year warranty period, we will provide an appropriate replacement sealing strip.

• Within the first 3 years: the approved replacement sealing strip and standard replacement shipping are covered.
• After the first 3 years and within year 15: the approved replacement sealing strip is covered, but the customer pays shipping and any applicable destination charges.

Unless we request a return for inspection, the old sealing strip normally does not need to be returned. Please do not discard it until the claim has been reviewed.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage, leakage, deterioration or failure caused by:

• Incorrect measurements, incomplete site information or a change to the opening after configuration approval.
• Incorrect installation, insufficient anchors, unsuitable walls or floors, structural movement, an uneven sealing surface or failure to follow instructions.
• Unauthorized cutting, drilling, modification, repair or use of incompatible parts.
• Accident, misuse, abuse, vandalism, vehicle impact, falling debris or improper handling.
• Improper storage, chemical exposure, failure to clean the product, or failure to inspect and maintain seals and components.
• Ordinary cosmetic wear, discoloration, scratches or deterioration that does not materially affect operation or sealing performance.
• Water depth, pressure, span, debris load or other conditions beyond the approved configuration or documented product limits.
• Failure of the surrounding building, wall, floor, drainage system, anchors supplied by others or another third-party product.
• Installation labour, removal, reinstallation, site repair or other consequential costs unless expressly included in an approved claim resolution or required by law.

Warranty Claim Procedure

2. Provide the order number, delivery date, product and opening details, and a description of the issue.
3. Provide clear photographs or video showing the complete installation, the affected component and the reported problem.
4. Provide installation and maintenance information if reasonably requested.
5. Do not discard, alter or return the affected component until we provide instructions.
6. We will assess whether the issue is covered and confirm the approved repair, replacement or other resolution in writing.

This warranty is separate from our Return & Refund Policy. Returns address eligible short-term order, delivery and change-of-mind matters; this warranty addresses qualifying long-term product-quality issues.

Processing Time

We normally review a complete claim submission promptly. After all requested information has been received and coverage has been confirmed, an approved repair or replacement solution is usually arranged within 5 working days. Manufacturing and delivery time for a replacement may vary according to configuration, quantity, destination, customs and carrier conditions.

Important Performance Conditions

No removable flood barrier should be described as eliminating every possibility of water entry. Performance depends on the complete installed system and site conditions, including the wall, floor, anchors, opening width, protection height, water pressure, seal compression, installation, deployment and maintenance.

High, wide, commercial or safety-critical applications may require project-specific structural review. If you are unsure about measurement, installation, suitability or approved protection height, contact us before ordering or use.

Consumer Rights

This limited warranty provides contractual remedies in addition to rights that may be available under applicable consumer law. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits a mandatory right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
