We accept secure payment via PayPal or credit/debit card — no PayPal account required. Your payment details stay encrypted and are never shared with us.

This Payment Methods page applies to purchases from Shenzhen Aodeke Optoelectronics Co., Ltd., the owner and operator of FloodBarrierStore and the supplier of eligible Eudore products.
Payment methods currently available at checkout may include PayPal and eligible credit or debit cards. The exact options shown may vary according to your country, currency, device, order value and the payment provider’s availability or risk controls.
A PayPal account is not always required. Where PayPal offers guest checkout in your country, you may be able to pay with an eligible card without creating a PayPal account.
PayPal may apply its own eligibility checks, currency conversion, fees, holds and buyer-protection terms. Those services are governed by your agreement with PayPal.
Where direct card payment or PayPal guest checkout is available, select the relevant card option and enter the requested billing information on the secure payment page. Your card issuer or payment provider may require an additional verification step, such as 3-D Secure or a one-time code.

If payment fails, contact your card issuer first and then contact us if you still need assistance. Do not repeatedly submit payment if you are unsure whether the first attempt succeeded.
The order currency and final amount are displayed at checkout or on the accepted quotation or invoice. If your payment account uses another currency, your bank, card issuer or PayPal may convert the transaction and charge a conversion or international-transaction fee. Exchange rates and provider fees are controlled by the applicable payment provider, not by FloodBarrierStore.
Payment authorization or receipt of funds does not by itself confirm that a custom product configuration has been accepted for manufacture. An order is accepted when we issue an order confirmation or otherwise confirm acceptance in writing, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Custom-made products may require full or partial payment and final approval of dimensions, installation method and configuration before production begins. If we cannot accept an order after payment, we will cancel the transaction and arrange an appropriate refund.
Payments are processed using third-party payment services. Payment-card data entered on a provider’s hosted or secured payment interface is transmitted to and processed by that provider. FloodBarrierStore does not intentionally store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes on its own servers.
We may receive limited payment information needed to manage an order, such as the payer’s name, billing address, payment status, transaction identifier, card brand and masked card digits. Payment providers process information under their own privacy policies and security standards.
We use HTTPS and reasonable security controls, but no internet transmission or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please see our Privacy & Security Policy for more information.
Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. We generally issue an approved refund within 3–5 business days, although the payment provider or card issuer may require additional time to post it to your account.
Before opening a payment dispute or chargeback, please contact us at [email protected] so we can investigate the order, delivery or refund issue. Contacting us does not limit any right you may have through your payment provider or applicable law.
